2016 BMW 428I Unknown Or Other Problems

My 2016 BMW 428i is part of an active recall for a defective engine coolant pump. This defect caused damage to my coolant housing, water pump, thermostat, and engine, and BMW has stated there is no fix available. My vehicle is unsafe and undrivable, yet BMW has not provided any solutions. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate and require BMW to provide a resolution, such as repairs, compensation, or a buyback.

I hear weird sounds in the car and it smells like it's burning. The car stalls while driving and while in traffic.

The vehicle has had an open recall for more than 5 months as of today. No remedy is available. The dealer is refusing to assist with any solution to this problem or inspect the vehicle for this particular issue.

Recall has not been remedied.

Re BMW 2016 428ix- BMW admits that there is a design flaw in this model, but has not remedied a fix for this 'MALFUNCTION DEFECT'. Top does not open or close is the end result. Getting caught in a flash rain, and wanting to close the top was impossible. Trying to pull over to the nearest overpass till rain lightens up, the most dangerous situation to be in. This is a SAFETY issue and bmw will not take care of it. I have come to learn, that It seems in their design flaw, rain collects that you cant see, but shorts out the motor of the top and top will not function at all. EXPLODING SUNROOF. SUNROOF WAS IN THE FULL OPEN POSITION WHEN IT JUST SUDDENLY EXPLODED. IT SOUNDED LIKE A GUN GOING OFF IN THE CAR. GLASS SHARDS WENT FLYING DOWN ON ME. ONE SHARD WENT INTO MY HAND. I WAS ON AN ENTRANCE RAMP TO THE INTERSTATE ON A SUNNY DAY WHEN IT HAPPENED. SPEED WAS APPROXIMATELY 55MPH.
