TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BMW 335I. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE ANTI LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM AND TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM INDICATOR WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT WAS AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SYSTEMS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
