FOOTWELL MODULE FAILURE CAUSED THE TURN SIGNALS, INTERIOR LIGHTS, POWER WINDOWS TO FAIL TO OPERATE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN A MECHANIC TRIED TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON THE VEHICLE DURING ROUTINE SERVICE.
