ENGINE WOULD NOT START AFTER IT WAS STARTED COLD, THEN SHUT OFF WITHIN 15 - 20 SECONDS. CAR OWNER CALLED BMW SERVICE MANAGER (TIM POLK, ERHART BMW) AND WAS ADVISED TO REMOVE ENGINE SPARK PLUGS, PLACE THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET IN A 325 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL THEY ARE DRIED. CAR STARTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER DRIED PLUGS WERE RE-INSTALLED. *JB
