HEAT NOT WORKING ON CAR. CONCERNED ABOUT FIRE BEFORE RECALL IS FIXED. PLUS, I AM FREEZING IN WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY DEALERSHIP BMW HAS NOT RELEASED PARTS TO FIX. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
