FRONT SEAT PASSENGER SEAT OCCUPANCY SENSOR FAILED. MOST 2006 BMW 3 SERIES WERE RECALLED FOR THIS ISSUE. OUR CAR WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL BUT HAD THE IDENTICAL PROBLEM. I BELIEVE MY CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. *JS
