Defect: FRONT AND REAR SEAT BELTS FAILED TO COMPLY WITH FMVSS 210 LOAD TEST.
Consequence: SEAT OCCUPANTS FACE INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENTOF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
Remedy: REPLACE WASHERS AND BACKER PLATES FOR PEDESTALS, AND FURNISH PROPER SEAT BELT BAR BRACKETS AND BOLTS FOR THE SEAT BELT BAR.
