TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 AUDI Q3. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUN ROOF WOULD CONTINUE TO CLOSE EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF. THE CONTACT WAS MADE AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V2000000 (VISIBILITY). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN VERIFIED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000. UPDATED 03/09/16*LJ THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE VEHICLE BURNED 1/4 QUART OF OIL EVERY 5,000. UPDATED 03/10/16.*JB
