THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FENDER WAS MANUFACTURED OF ALUMINUM. THE CONTACT ALSO HAD TO RECEIVE STITCHES AS A RESULT OF THE INJURY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS.
