Defect: THE NATO SLAVE RECEPTACLE MAY BE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED WITH AN INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE SHELL.

Consequence: AN ELECTRICAL SHORT COULD OCCUR THAT COULD RESULT IN ABATTERY MELTDOWN, VEHICLE FIRE AND POSSIBLE BATTERY EXPLOSION.

Remedy: REPLACE SLAVE RECEPTACLE AS NECCESSARY.
