Defect: Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2021-2025 AA Series, 2024-2025 AM Series, and 2025 AN Series aerial devices. The outrigger pad holder may have been installed too close to the exhaust outlet.
Consequence: The exhaust may overheat the outrigger pad, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Altec will instruct owners to inspect the outrigger pad holder placement. A kit to relocate the outrigger pad holder or exhaust outlet will be provided as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may...
