Consequence: CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: OPERATORS COULD FAIL TO NOTICE AND HEED THE WARNING.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL A WARNING LABEL ON THE DRIVER'S SUN VISOR.
