2007 ACURA TL. CONSUMER STATES DISCONTENT REGARDING FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN OF TRUNK *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE TRUNK LID SUDDENLY CAME CRASHING DOWN ON HIS HEAD FROM AN ALMOST FULLY EXTENDED HEIGHT. THE CONSUMER SUFFERED A HEAD INJURY THAT REQUIRED FIVE STITCHES. *JB
