All Engine And Engine Coolingcooling Systemradiator Assembly Complaints
THE PLASTIC COMPONENT(S) ON THE RADIATOR BROKE ALLOWING COOLANT TO EXIT THE COOLANT SYSTEM AND SPLASH UPON THE MOTOR AND OTHER ENGINE COMPONENTS. THE ACURA DEALER (IN OMAHA NEBRASKA; 84TH STREET) WAS QUERIED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE INDICATED THEY HAD REPLACED THREE RADIATORS IN THE PREVIOUS FEW WEEKS. THEY STATED THIS APPEARED TO BE A HIGHER THAN NORMAL FAILURE RATE. THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDED ME ACURA'S REGIONAL NUMBER AND I CALLED TO ADVISE THEM OF THIS PROBLEM. THE PERSON FROM ACURA REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS ADVISED ME THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN ACTION PREVIOUSLY. *LA
