THESE HEADLAMPS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." THESE LAMPS DO NOT CONTAIN THE REQUIRED AMBER SIDE REFLECTORS.
Consequence: DECREASED LIGHTING VISIBILITY MAY RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.

AFTER ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES OR LONGER, THE CAR WILL FINALLY START BUT IS NOT NECESSARILY OKAY FOR TRIPS. AT THE FIRST STOP THE SAME PROBLEM MAY OR MAY NOT OCCUR AGAIN.
