TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 ACURA ILX. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE HEADLIGHTS ILLUMINATED DOWNWARDS AND THE TRACTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CARBONE SUBARU OF TROY (800 HOOSICK RD, TROY, NY 12180, 518-312-4300) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 55,000.
