Bulletin Summary
Victory engineering has determined that some 2017 Octane headlight assemblies were manufactured using a process which could introduce a stress fracture in the headlight lens. In the unlikely event that this occurs, it is possible for the stress fracture to propagate into a U-shaped crack during shipment, as shown in Figure 1.
