Some 2009 - 2020 Touring, Touring CVO, Touring Police models exhibit drainage of rusty water from the rear fork (where the debris deflector mounts), which has raised customer concern. Updated Model Years. NOTE: This is a cosmetic concern and not an indication of an internal issue.
