Bulletin Summary
When replacing an audio unit for a CD player issue, the CD may not eject properly from the unit. DO NOT disassemble the audio unit to remove the CD. This will void any applicable warranty coverage for this repair. If the customer wishes to have the CD returned, please complete the following form indicating where the customer would like the CD shipped. Include this form with the warranty returned part.
