TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: CYLINDER IMBALANCE DTC P219XXOO INSPECTION AND INJECTOR REPLACEMENT - This bulletin has been revised to include additional information. New/revised sections of this bulletin are indicated by a black bar in the margin area. This bulletin provides information regarding cylinder air-fuel ratio imbalance DTC P219XX00 stored in ECU on some 2022MY Carnival (KA4) vehicles with Lambda III 3.5L GDI engine, produced from January 26, 2021through November 10, 2021, which may exhibit reduced power when accelerating from a stop or while driving and MIL ON with one or more of the following DTC(s): P219C00, P219D00, P219E00, P219F00, P21A000, P21A100. If one or more of the listed DTCs are present for any cylinder, then one or more high-pressure injectors (1) and clip (2) may require replacement if DTC is stored. In addition, replacement of the high-pressure fuel pipe (3) and cross-over pipe (4) will need to be replaced.
