TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: ISLA LOGIC IMPROVEMENT (SA591) - This bulletin provides information to improve the Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) function on certain 2025MY Sorento (MQ4a PE) vehicles equipped with 2.5L T-GDI Theta Ⅲ engines produced from June 25, 2024 through August 8, 2024. When using Smart Cruise Control with ISLA enabled, an affected vehicle may not automatically update the cruise set speed to a new posted speed limit due to a software logic error. If this occurs, the driver can manually change the cruise set speed and/or deactivate the cruise control normally by using the steering wheel controls and brake pedal.
