Bulletin Summary
This TSB relates to only petroleum trailers built September 1, 2016 through November 18, 2016. We have had two reported loose fastener on new trailers in service at the brake interlock valve which applied the brakes, one flat spotted tires and the other overheated the linings by gradually applying the brakes. Failure mode is the trailer brakes are applied while in transit.
