Bulletin Summary
This article supersedes TSB 23-2258 to update the Parts List, TSB Issue, and Service Procedure. Some 2021-2023 E-Series vehicles may exhibit a lack of air flow due to an inoperative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) blower motor. This may be due to a damaged fuse F2 (50A) in the battery junction box (BJB). To correct the condition, replace the BJB, pigtail connector, and replace fuse F2 in the new BJB with the listed service replacement part.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
