Bulletin Summary
Some 2021 F-650/F-750 vehicles built on or before 20-Nov-2020 may exhibit various electrical concerns and/or various illuminated warning lamps with various diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) present. This may be due to the battery junction box (BJB) wiring harness contacting the coolant reservoir bracket. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to repair any damaged circuits and secure the BJB wiring harness to the BJB.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
