Some 2022 – 2024 model year Tundra vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P162B87 (Lost Communication with Battery Monitor Module Missing Message) and/or P15AD87 (Active Grille Air Shutter "A" Missing) present. The battery state sensor assembly has been updated to reduce the possibility of this condition.
