Bulletin Summary
Some 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a no crank/no start or intermittent no crank/no start with multiple warning indicators and DTC U0100 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS), audio front control module (ACM) and power steering control module (PSCM). This may be due to an incorrectly tightened ground 113 (G113). Inspect G113 for proper connection and tighten to 12 Nm (8.9 ft-lb). If the condition remains after tightening G113, perform normal diagnostics outside of this article. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 303-06 Starting System. For claiming, use causal part 12A581 and labor operations 12650D and 12650D45WR of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
