Bulletin Summary
Some 2023-2026 Corsair vehicles may exhibit a concern when changing the fan speed, the fan speed display icon (OFF/AUTO/fan speed number) changes to a different language character or symbol. This may be due to the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software. Replacement or reprogramming of the APIM will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected Q4 2025. Software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicles settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by October 2025. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
