Bulletin Summary
Some 2025-2026 F-Super Duty vehicles built on 10-Jun-2025 and through 11-Aug-2025 may exhibit the passenger side register not blowing cold air when commanded. This may be due to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) module calibration of the actuator. Download and run the "HVAC - Climate Control System Actuators Calibration" application with the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) and retest. If the concern remains, refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 412-00 for normal diagnostics. For claiming use causal part 19980 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. If this condition is encountered, enter a vehicle identification number (VIN) and click the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the Professional Technician System (PTS) "Vehicle ID" screen. Fill out the GCR form, referencing this article number in the report.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
