Bulletin Summary
Some 2020-2023 Mustang (non-GT500/GT350) vehicles equipped with vehicle dynamic suspension may exhibit a Dynamic Suspension Fault message displayed in the IPC with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B14C1:64 with no vehicle symptoms. This may be due to software within the vehicle dynamics module (VDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the VDM using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
