Bulletin Summary
Some 2020-2021 F53/F59 Stripped Chassis vehicles may experience an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) warning indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0037 and/or C003A. If normal diagnostics lead to replacement of the tone ring, be advised that the tone ring has been superseded with improved parts for both the passive (MU9Z-2C026-D, open shutter design) and active (MU9Z-2C026-C, closed shutter design) systems. Follow Workshop Manual, Section 206-04 for tone ring replacement.
