Bulletin Summary
Some 2019-2020 Continental Coach Door vehicles may exhibit a Door Fault Service Required message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble codes B11C0 and/or B11C1 present in the door latch module-Left rear (DCMG) and/or door latch module-right rear (DCMH). Vehicle may also exhibit the need to pull the rear door handle twice to open a rear door after the IPC and center stack have timed down with no Door System Fault or DTC present. To correct these conditions, reprogram the DCMG and DCMH using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. Scan tool will indicate an update is available after the software has successfully installed. Do not reattempt programming if the symptom has been resolved.
