THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT DUE TO HIGH DPF HYDROCARBON ABSORPTION DURING HIGH IDLE OPERATION, CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE THE MIL, CHECK ENGINE AND/OR THE STOP ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES OR TELL-TALE ACTIVATIONS ON MODEL YEAR 2016 AND 2017 MCI J4500 MODEL COACHES EQUIPPED WITH DD13 GHG17 ENGINE, AND THAT MCI WILL REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO CUSTOMERS.
