Bulletin Summary
On some Cybertruck vehicles, reinforcement brackets inside the front and rear door assemblies might cause low frequency shaking, rattling, and/or vibrations at the door assemblies and/or LH side mirror when the vehicle is driven at high speeds, which does not meet Tesla quality standards. Upon customer complaint, inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, apply new adhesive to the reinforcement brackets and install additional butyl pads on the affected door assemblies.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
