Bulletin Summary
Arcimoto is investigating certain 2019-2021 D-Deliverators, E-Rapid Responders, R-Roadsters, and T-FUVs with customer complaints of unintended torque vectoring during throttle use (acceleration) and KERS use (regen). To better understand the cause of this condition, Arcimoto would like to inspect, and, if needed, collect specific parts from the vehicle at your earliest convenience and prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
