Bulletin Summary
Dual electric motors may experience reduced reliability or life-span, due to allowing fluid ingress without egress. The issue will be addressed with gasketing to prevent fluid ingress, and installation of at least one drain-hole to ensure fluid egress. Based on field reports, the issue of fluid ingress without egress has occurred when the vehicle is stationary and not being operated on a public road/ highway. Therefore, at this time there is no data to suggest a regulatory or safety issue that would require a recall.
