Bulletin Summary
Subject vehicles may exhibit a concern where manual regeneration does not complete within one hour of depressing the manual regeneration button. In these cases, there will be no indicators showing why manual regeneration will not complete. Check the burner event log to confirm that there is no history of misfire events after the last recorded completion of manual regeneration. If there is no history of misfires to address, updated BCU software is available to address this concern.
