Service Campaign: For certain Volvo Trucks configurations an updated adaptive cruise software has been developed. The new software will be delivered as an updated PAR file to the ABS Module and will help reduce heat load on steer axleâÂÂs brake assemblies during an adaptive cruise control braking event. Follow the instructions below to visually inspect the brake rotors on the steer axle for excessive heat damage and update the ABS software.
