ISS Reprogram Voluntary Emission Recall Campaign REVISED June 10, 2023 Please discard earlier versions of this bulletin. The announcement from May 5, 2023 has been revised to include the following: ⢠INFINITI is investigating a potential issue with the repair remedy for model years 2016-2017 Q50 and Q60 vehicles. ï As a result, these affected vehicles will be temporarily deactivated in Service Comm and National Service History. Repairs on these vehicles are temporarily suspended while INFINITI investigates the remedy. ï An update will be provided at a later date ï If there are claim processing concerns, email the FQA mailbox: [email protected]
