Bulletin Summary
The purpose of this Product Upgrade dealer notification letter is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about Product Upgrade 190827REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
