Bulletin Summary
Notice that the programing of the IH Daimond Logic chassis controller did not provide two speed operation. It does not increase the engine speed (about 400 rpm) above the torque lock up speed to provide maximum pump flow. Four units remain to be reprogrammed at their next maintenance inteval.
