Bulletin Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have Turn by Turn Guidance audio is at a very low level. Technician will need to have a Turn-By-Turn route sent to the vehicle. After a route has been downloaded to the vehicle select "route preview" on the radio screen. Technician can now use the steering wheel controls to adjust the Turn-By-Turn volume to the desired level.
