Bulletin Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician that some customers may find it difficult to identify which of their key fobs are Number 1 and Number 2. Technician will move the seat to a different position and store it in the #1 setting. Now that the seat has a set position, now move the seat out of that position. Technician should now ensure Memory Seat Recall is turned on in the Driver Information Center. Now the technician can use the Key FOB to unlock the vehicle the Key FOB that moved the seat to the set position label as #1.
