This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have power lift-gate that is inoperative from all the switches and the keyless entry transmitter only with the ignition in the off position. Technician will need to inspect circuit 5985 for battery voltage. Repair any damaged wires or terminals.
