GENERAL MOTORS: IN RARE OCCURRENCES A TECHNICIAN MAY FIND DTC P0513, AN INTERMITTENT NO CRANK/NO START. THIS DTC MAY BE CAUSED BY A TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SPIKE WITHIN THE ECM AND USUALLY OCCURS ON START UP. THE ECM MUST BE REPLACED WITH ONE THAT WAS NOT PRODUCED IN THE JULIAN DATE RANGE. *PE
