This Preliminary information communicates that a customer may complain of a brake squeak or squeal noise. This noise will usually occur when the vehicle is first being moved after sitting for several hours and may not be duplicatable when the vehicle is warm. The dealer is advised that no parts should be replaced for this concern due to a resolution not being available at this time. The customer is to be advised that GM engineering is working on a solution to this concern.
