Bulletin Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician for balancing a hybrid battery pack after replacing a battery section. Certain unlisted codes may be experienced when using the battery service tool EL50332. If the codes are experienced check the following before calling Midtronic. Please make sure the USB memory stick is fully inserted into the machine. Make sure to follow the on screen instructions do not hook the machine to the battery section until instructed to do so. The balance machine should be on the latest software version available by following the latest version of preliminary information number PI1125.
