This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that the Speed Advisory message does not display on the DIC. If the vehicle is built with radio Regular Production Option Code U3R without Regular Production Option Code K59 technician should be advised the Speed Advisory message does not display on the Driver Information Center.
