This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have crunch noise from the front suspension over bumps when moving. Technician will need to loosen both the front and rear front control arm attachment bolts on one side. Technician will need to ensure that the front control arms supporting the vehicle weight, now the tech can re-torque the control arm bolts to factory spec?s 110 newton metre (81 foot-pound).
