Damaged, Disassembled or Improperly Packaged Turbochargers Returned to Warranty Part Center A Service Agent (Dealer) during vehicle service may need to replace an engine turbocharger (TC). Any turbocharger that is returned to the Warranty Parts Center (WPC) will be inspected by engineering for root cause failure. The Warranty Part Center (WPC) has received turbochargers returned by Service Agents that have been disassembled, damaged during removal from the engine, electrical harnesses or connectors that have been cut or removed from the turbocharger and/or improperly packaged turbochargers resulting in shipping damage.
