MACK TRUCK: PTO FUNCTION INOPERABLE. THE PTO ON CERTAIN CHU, CXU, GU AND TD MODEL CHASSIS WILL NOT FUNCTION. THE CAUSE IS DUE TO A SOFTWARE ISSUE IN THE VEHICLE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT (VECU) AS WELL AS SOME INCORRECT PARAMETER SETTINGS. *PE
